Our focus is on processing whey from the Alpine region and surrounding countries into whey protein and lactose powder with a wide range of certifications. Our focus is on quality – starting with our raw materials. We have a variety of production facilities that enable us to manufacture milk- and whey-based products that meet the highest quality standards.
Flat hierarchies, flexible production planning and in-depth technical understanding characterize us in order to manufacture consumer-oriented products from your raw materials.
Investing in the future
Continuous investment in plant technology, energy generation and processing techniques is a priority for us in order to ensure a high degree of innovation and maximum flexibility. The majority of our production lines are planned independently and implemented with our in-house maintenance team.
In this way, we ensure that niche products such as butter serum powder, hydrolysates and special infant formula powders can be produced safely and efficiently in addition to conventional powder products.

Our team of 50 employees includes experts from production and development as well as specialists with years of experience in the dairy industry. Even career changers have already had the opportunity to become a valuable member of our team. Dairyfood is constantly training specialists in various professional fields in order to strengthen the team with its own junior staff.
