Do you love taking a close look and want to know what’s really in food? Are you interested in laboratory work, chemistry and microbiology? Then training as a dairy laboratory technician is the perfect fit for you!
In our modern laboratory, you will work with exciting processes and help to ensure the quality of our dairy products – from the raw milk to the finished product.
What you can expect during your training
Dairy technologist is a recognized training occupation in milk processing companies (training area: agriculture).
- Duration: 3 years (can be shortened to 2 years if you have completed an apprenticeship or (technical) high school diploma)
- Vocational school: Block instruction at the Wangen Vocational School Center (BSW)
- You will get to know all laboratory areas – from chemical and physical analyses to microbiological tests
- You will also gain exciting insights into other departments of our company

Anna-Maria Hassler-Wagner – our laboratory manager – will guide you through your training and ensure that you are well prepared for your career.
