Apprenticeship

Family owned– medium-sized – familiar atmosphere

We provide targeted and committed training for upcoming talent and offer them a versatile start to their careers. Our trainees are assigned to all areas within the company and are also welcome to “broaden their horizon”. We emphasize on practical and varied training.

We offer the following training programmes:

Office management clerk

Activities at a glance:

Office management clerks organise and process office management tasks. They also conduct commercial activities in such areas as order processing, procurement, accounting, marketing and human resources management.

Training at a glance:

Office management clerk training involves a 3-year apprenticeship recognised by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Keyword elective qualification:

In the third year of the apprenticeship, two of ten possible elective qualifications may be chosen, each out of the lasts five months. Alongside your training, you will also attend the Gebhard-Müller School in Biberach for one to two days a week.

Dairy technologist

Activities at a glance:

Dairy technologists process raw milk and/or milk derivates into dairy products and/or milk derived powders and have responsibility for operating the machines. They also conduct quality controls, package milk , dairy products and/or dairy powders and store them.

Training at a glance:

Dairy technologist is a recognised training occupation within dairy processing companies (training area: agriculture). As part of your everyday work, you will pass through all the stations and work areas of our dairy processing company and become accustomed to the wide range of tasks involved. Alongside your training, you will attend the vocational school centre in Wangen (BSW) for block tuition.

Dairy laboratory technician

Activities at a glance:

You will analyse and test milk, dairy products and/or powders as well as other foods, water and additives using modern chemical, physical and microbiological methods. You also conduct sampling, sensory tests and analyses and evaluate the investigation results.

Training at a glance:

Your training will last 3 years in the dual system. It is possible to shorten the training to 2 years after having completed vocational training or with a higher education entrance qualification. You will spend the three years of your apprenticeship in all laboratory areas and also get to know other departments of the company. Alongside your training, you will attend the vocational school centre in Wangen (BSW) for block tuition.
